This Lye Cross Cheddar cheese has a slightly more delicate and rounded flavour than the Lye Cross Farmhouse Mature. It is typically left to mature for between six and eight months to produce a cheddar cheese with a pleasant smooth flavour. Suitable for vegetarians.
